COVID-19 Update: How We Are Serving and Protecting Our Clients

We are here for our clients and our community. We were able to quickly and fully transition to working remotely, thanks to having been built on a remote platform from the beginning. Although the courts are mostly closed, we continue to pursue our clients' cases, whether in pre-litigation or litigation.

We also continue our commitment to helping potential clients with their cases and workplace situations during these difficult times. If you are a potential client or a referring attorney, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to answer your questions and help in any way we can.

1. Is your office currently open during normal business hours?

Yes, remotely.

2. When and how can I contact you?

We continue to have access to telephone and email, though response times could be longer.

3. What video chat platforms do you offer for clients?

FaceTime and Zoom.

4. Are you accepting new clients?

Yes.

5. How can I get updates regarding the status of my case or legal matter?

Telephone or email.

6. Are courts of law still open in my area? Will my court date be rescheduled? What if I can’t come to court because I’m sick or quarantined?

It depends on the jurisdiction and the court. Generally, courts have been operating on a very limited schedule. Most matters scheduled during this time will likely be rescheduled/continued.

7. Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?

That depends on the case and item. Please contact us for details about your matter.
