We are here for our clients and our community. We were able to quickly and fully transition to working remotely, thanks to having been built on a remote platform from the beginning. Although the courts are mostly closed, we continue to pursue our clients' cases, whether in pre-litigation or litigation.

It depends on the jurisdiction and the court. Generally, courts have been operating on a very limited schedule. Most matters scheduled during this time will likely be rescheduled/continued.7. Will scheduled depositions, mediation, arbitration, or settlement negotiations occur as planned?
